Tech Service Engineer

Tech Service Engineer, Charlotte, NC Pay 90k-105k Must have a four year technical degree with 10 years experience Must have absorbent experience-diapers

Minimum BS Degree in Chemistry or Engineering. Equivalent work experience in lieu of BS degreee would be considered. recognizes Institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent.

Minimum seven years experience in Superabsorbant Polymer customer applications and/or diaper/absorbent product design or manufacturing.

A solid technical knowledge of absorbent materials technologies is required.

Excellent communications, interpersonal and problem solving abilities are required.

Must be authorized to travel internationally.

This position is within a job family and will be filled at a level applicable to the incumbent's qualifications.      

To provide technical support to customers in consultation with the sales force. Field responsibilities are primarily aimed at the proper application of superabsorbent polymer (SAP) into customer manufacturing lines in the hygiene industry and to assist with improving customer product designs.  Significant participation in activities at the Technical Services Lab in CCTC is required to support field activities.  The incumbent would be responsible for coordinating and supervising projects and processes for the proper application of our product portfolio and to assist in the development of improved diaper cores, all in general support of SAP technical service and sales.
