Development Engineer in Memphis, TN Pay 80k-100k Need a degree and 5-20 years film converting experience from a development angle. Adhesive lamination, coatings on film are mandatory. 5-10 + years experience managing a Research and Development Lab. Experience and working Knowledge should come from  FILM-FOIL, LAMINATION, COATING, PRINTING, ADHESIVE LAMINATION, BARRIER COATINGSIt is the responsibility of the R&D Manager to manage and coordinate the work of highly skilled Professionals, with the objective of developing new product lines and expanding existing product lines.  The R&D Manager is accountable for results in terms of overall R&D costs, budgets, methods, quality, and quantity.  The R&D Manager isrequired to assist in any manner requested which will contribute to the smooth operation of the Company.
